Module One: How Your Brand Fits Together
Oftentimes the “identity crisis” that so many business owners experience is not a lack of knowledge, it’s actually that they know too much and don’t know where all of that knowledge fits in their brand. You will begin by taking a top level view of all of the elements of your brand and how everything fits together. You will see how all of the work you’ve done on your business has lead you to this point and where all of the pieces will fall into place by the time you are finished.

You’ll attend six workshop calls where you’ll receive feedback on your assignments, participate in hotseats to flesh out your messaging, and get answers to the questions that have kept you stuck from moving forward in the past. Workshops begin on January 24th and are Thursdays at 11am Eastern until March 21st (we’ll be skipping the weeks of February 14th and March 7th to allow space for integration).

The Branding Game™ is ideal for coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs because their services aren’t “mainstream” and that makes them difficult to describe. How do the exercises work?
In the modules you’ll find one or two short videos (usually less than 10 minutes each) and well thought out questions that lead you through each piece of your brand and get you thinking in a whole new way.

How many people are in the group?
You will be delighted to know that this is not a “low touch” online course but in fact a semi-private coaching program.
There are only up to 5 people in each group and in each workshop you will get personal attention and feedback from me on your assignments.
What type of time commitment can I expect?
Because there is so much ground to cover – and some big decisions you’ll be making – you can expect to spend about 1-2 hours a week during the journey on assignments, plus the weekly Workshop calls. Workshop calls are on Thursdays at 11am-12pm Eastern beginning January 24th and ending on March 21st; (Skipping February 14th and March 7th).
The bonus Get ‘Er Done Sessions are on Mondays at 1:00pm-2:30pm Eastern during the weeks of the program.
The Get ‘Er Done sessions are completely optional and are my gift to you if you need help setting aside time to get the work done. They are silent work time and I will not be answering questions on these calls, so no worries if this time doesn’t work for you 🙂
Why do you have "break weeks" in the schedule?
The break weeks allow time for waffling (or the more professional term: integration). They give your brain a break so you can feel into your decisions and come up with all kinds of ideas for how your brand will be delivered, or alternatively come up with all of the reasons you might change your mind later.
Then, we can talk about those things and either make changes, or solidify what you’ve already worked on.
These break weeks can also be used to catch up on assignments if you find yourself falling behind.
What if I need to miss a week?
If you need to miss a week it’s usually not a huge deal since everyone is receiving highly personalized feedback we can either go over two assignments when you’re back, or I can record your feedback while you’re away and you can listen to it in the replay.
How much support will I get?
If you’ve taken online courses in the past you probably know that it can be hit or miss on whether the mentor is actually “there for you” or if you’re left doing the work on your own.
You’ll be happy to know that I don’t expect you to figure everything out on your own, in this course you have my full support. I accept a maximum of 5 participants per Branding Game™ so you will have personal attention throughout the six weeks.

How do I know if I'm ready?
So if you aren’t sure about your target audience for example – no problem. I have multiple exercises that will help you choose between your options. Not sure what your offer is? No worries, once I help you understand your market and your message your offer will be a piece of cake.
This course is designed for “emerging coaches” that are still in the beginning stages of their business revenue-wise (as in, you may have been doing this for a while, but aren’t necessarily swimming in clients yet.)
